In homelessness, it’s vital that people work together and talk with one another if we’re going to make as much difference as we can. Our work in this area is through a five-year homelessness prevention programme, Positive Pathways.
Positive Pathways
Positive Pathways is a five year programme supported by the Church Urban Fund and the Bramall Foundation. The aim of Positive Pathways is to enable one-to-one relational support to people at critical points on their path to sustainable living. Working with our local delivery partner, DePaul UK, we are reaching some of the most marginalised people in Middlesbrough, providing individual and group support for vulnerable people experiencing homelessness.
